Download the Driver Update Utility for Seiko.

Double-click on the program to run it. It will then scan your computer and identify any problem drivers. You will see a results page similar to the one below:

Click the Update Driver button next to your driver. The correct version will be downloaded and installed automatically. Or, you can click the Update Drivers button at the bottom to automatically download and install the correct version of all the drivers that are missing or out-of-date on your system.

How to Install Drivers
After you have found the right driver, follow these simple instructions to install it.
- Power off your device.
- Disconnect the device from your computer.
- Reconnect the device and power it on.
- Double click the driver download to extract it.
- If a language option is given, select your language.
- Follow the directions on the installation program screen.
- Reboot your computer.

I suggest you to try the printer diagnostic utility. You may download it from the manufacture’s website and check if it helps.
If issue still persists, I suggest you to perform the methods below and check if it helps:
Method 1: Printer Troubleshooter
The built-in Printer Troubleshooter can automatically detect and fix most of the incorrect settings and errors that could cause issues while printing. I would suggest you to run this troubleshooter to check if there is any issue with the sound. Refer top these steps:

Open Control Panel

Click on Troubleshooting and select the view all option on the left pane.

Click on Printer troubleshooter and follow the prompts.
Method 2: RunHardware Troubleshooter and see if it helps to resolve the issue. Please follow the below steps.

Type Troubleshooting in the search box and hit enter.

Click on Troubleshooting tab.

Click on view all option on the upper left corner.

Select the Hardware and Device options from the list.

Click Next to run the Hardware and Device Troubleshooter.

Method 3: Check incompatibility mode.
Download the drivers from your printer manufacture website for Windows 10, if not available.
Follow these steps to install the drivers in compatibility mode and check if that helps.
a. Download the driver from the manufacturer’s website.
b. Right-click on the driver setup file and click on ‘properties’.

c. Click on the ‘compatibility’ tab and check the box ‘Run this program in compatibility mode for’ and select Windows 8 operating system from the drop down menu and proceed with the installation.

d. Once this is done, restart the computer and check if the issue persists.
